Our Story
Nikeea Payne founded HR Elements LLC in 2023 to provide full-cycle HR services to small business owners at half the cost of a full-time internal HR professional—to enable them to grow and scale. Over the years, our team of Atlanta-based HR professionals has also grown, as we continue to partner with businesses throughout their incredible journeys from first hires to tremendous exits.
